We built our custom home in Fairfield Glade, TN from August 2015 through June of 2016.   We have consulted and worked directly with the owner (Mr. Heath Swallows) and many of his employees.  From framing, roofing, finish carpentry, and almost every aspect of the new home construction, the best words to describe our experiences are confidence and integrity.  Despite problems with communication among other contractors, we found Mr. Swallows and his staff easy to communicate with and found them to be an advocate for us even though we were building our home from over 500 miles away.  Mr. Swallows was able to intercede with other contractors and make suggestions and problem solve which made us feel confident with the entire project toward completion.  Should we ever build again, we would trust the entire project to Swallows Construction.
