Our Story:
Owner Heath Swallows has been working in the commercial, residential, and remodeling construction since 2000. He began framing and remodeling homes in the Fairfield Glade community in Crossville, Tennessee. In 2012, he obtained his commercial/residential contractor license and opened Swallows Developers, Inc (SDI) . In May of 2015, Damon Koehl joined the team bringing extensive experience in the commercial construction and an unmatched vision for remodels. Together Swallows Developers, Inc. has a combined 47 year experience in the construction field making them the go to for all custom home building and remodeling needs.
